Job Description
STUDIO ASSISTANT POSITION.
ENTLER Studio is looking for a studio assistant to start immediately.
We are a ceramic design studio and workshop in East LA. We are a small, hard-working team with high standards for quality, service, and work ethic. We make slip-cast lamps and chandeliers, and other fragile, high-end objects in our workshop near downtown LA. We are growing and looking for a conscientious person to grow with us.

You: heavy-lifting is no problem. Nor is getting dirty. You are ok with being on your feet for long periods of time. You have professional experience making things from start to finish - be it in a studio, a kitchen, construction or elsewhere. You are honest, dependable, and proud of your work. You can take direction. You are adaptable and open to participating in a small business that is evolving, improving and changing. Ceramics experience not necessary. What is necessary is an attention to detail and an understanding of our goals and standards. We will train you in our process and teach you the necessary skills. What's important is that you are open to learning and listening.
Responsibilities include:
listening and learning our production processes
cleaning and maintaining studio
supporting others on the team
Ideal candidate will have:
Carpentry experience
15-20 hours per week to start. Full-time is preferred but we are open.
